1/8 Kamina

At least a nice kit of a guy. It’s a 1/8 kit of Kamina (Gurren Lagann) in his epic stance. Easy kit, only 11 parts it will be quickly painted.

1/4 Belldandy Bust

This a 1/4 Belddandy Bust by Ryu-NS bought at a decent price (aprox 7000 Yens). This sculptor is one of my favourite and his works are marvellous. I’m looking forward to get the Holybell Bust he sculpted to join this Belldandy.
The quality of this kit is stunning. Details are perfectly recasted, fitting is perfect and the surface of the resin is amazingly … perfect !
This is certainly the best kit I own, plus it is beautiful. I’ll wait a long time before I think I deserve to paint such a beauty.

1/4 Yoko

An heavy 1/4 kit by Pearl of Yoko Ritona. I’ll wait to have enough room for display before painting it. She seems easy to paint and really fun but it will need a lot of sanding paper and paint !

1/1 Noble Scarlet

This is definitively the biggest kit that I’ve got in stock. It’s a huge Noble Scarlet (Skuld’s Angel in Ah! my goddess) at 1/1 scale. She’s about 35 cm tall, even my 1/4 Belldandy Bust seems ridiculous in front of her.

It’s a rare kit, edited by Gesse and very expensive (25000 Yen, I bought it for half). The resin is good but the casting isn’t.

1/6 Sakura Shinguji

This is a beautiful 1/6 kit of Sakura Shinguji from Sakura Taisen. Actually there is still a cherry flowers pattern to paint on the kimono but i’ll order some water slide decal paper and add it later.

Metallic hair is done with clear colours (blue and black) airbrushed over an aluminium layer (mr colour super metallic SM01).

1/6 Hastune Miku

1/6 Hatsune Miku (Volks version) is the idol from Vocaloid Software. I used  “gloss” mr color lacquer for black parts and i coated it with acrylic gloss varnish to get a true glossy effect. The green is a combination of viridiant green (brand : gaia note), emerald green (brand gaia note) and cobalt blue (brand : mr color ). The stuff holding the hair are not painted yet. I’ve been lazy, i’ll do later …

1/7 Yoko Ritona

This is a kit of Yoko Ritona (young version) from gurren Lagann. Like Melissa, it is mainly painted with lacquers and skintone is done with clear colour. Detail work is done with enamel paints. I know that the eye are not perfectly staring in the same direction :/

I like the works of this sculptor. I’m not totaly sure but he used to be nicknamed cherry blossom. He sculpted several Nadia kit which i really like.

1/8 Melissa Seraphy

A cute little pumpkin-girl.  First kit I painted mainly with lacquer (except the eye). Good feeling with this paint. It’s also my first try for painting skin tone with clear colour. I still need to improve on this particular technique.

1/6 Evil Belldandy

Belldandy is the 2nd sister from ah! my goddess. This kit represent her in an unsually evil costume. Like the Rin cosplay kit, it was sculted by T’s system.

I used mr colour lacquer red (n°3) and i painted the off-white line with acrylic and a 000 brush (I could easily remove the failure with alcohol and redoo it).

1/6 Ah! Urd Swimsuit

Urd is the older sister of ah! my goddess trio and definitively the most elegant.  I’m still proud of this work even if it was one of my first GK.  For the first time i reached to paint eyes nicely (thanks to my new 000 brush), i should take it for reference more often.
